Cancellations and Subscription Policy

1. Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at solviacs@gmail.com.
We will do our best to assist, but we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been processed, packed or dispatched.
2. Subscriptions
Some Solvia products may be offered as subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and products selected at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider or subscription platform. You will be charged automatically for each subscription order unless you cancel or update the subscription before the next billing date.
3. Managing or cancelling a subscription
You may cancel, pause or update a subscription where supported through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails, customer account area, or by contacting us at solviacs@gmail.com.
There is no minimum subscription commitment unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise before purchase.
4. Subscription changes and timing
To avoid being charged for the next subscription order, subscription changes or cancellations should be made before the next billing date. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it may need to be handled under our Refund Policy instead.
5. Refunds and returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
6. Pre-orders and try-before-you-buy
Solvia does not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy arrangements unless clearly stated on a specific product page or promotion.
