1. Shipping locations

Solvia currently ships within Australia only.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions or carrier disruptions, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant issue with your order.

3. Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most Australian orders are estimated to arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier network conditions.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, regional access issues or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Solvia currently offers standard shipping within Australia. Free standard shipping may be offered where an order meets the advertised minimum spend threshold.

We do not currently offer express shipping.

5. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email after your order has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Solvia is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at solviacs@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist with an investigation.

8. Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at solviacs@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.

9. Authority to leave

If a carrier leaves a parcel at your address in accordance with their delivery process or your delivery instructions, please ensure the delivery location is safe and secure. Solvia is not responsible for theft or loss after a parcel is marked as delivered, except where required by law.
