Refund policy

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for change-of-mind returns, subject to the following conditions:

Products must be unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used cleaning tablets unless they are faulty.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A faulty product

An incorrect item

A damaged item

Please contact us at solviacs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
