1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
2. Change-of-mind returns
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, Solvia offers a 30-day change-of-mind return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
3. Hygiene and safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept change-of-mind returns for opened, used or partly used cleaning tablets, refill tablets, cloths, bottles or accessories unless the product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise has a problem, contact us as soon as possible at solviacs@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.
5. Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible and include photos of the packaging and damaged item. This helps us investigate the issue with the carrier and resolve it quickly. This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. How to start a return
To request a return or refund, contact Solvia at solviacs@gmail.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the reason for the return or refund request; and
- photos, if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
